HOW DO I BOOK?
You can book by sending us an enquiry through our website, by phone, or by popping into the studio. If you're not sure which artist is right for your tattoo, tell us a little about your idea and we'll help match you with the artist best suited to the work.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we've got your enquiry, we'll talk through your idea, placement and approximate size. We'll then recommend the artist best suited to the work and give you and idea of pricing and availability.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOOKING FEE?
Yes. A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable, but your appointment can be moved once if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If you don't attend or give enough notice, a new booking fee will be required.

CAN I COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION?
Free consultations are available at the studio. They're a good option if you'd like to talk through your idea, placement or size before booking. Get in touch and we'll arrange a time for you to come in and speak with the right artist.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability. If we can fit you in on the day, we will. For larger pieces or if you'd like a particular artist, we recommend getting in touch beforehand.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY DESIGN?
Your artist will usually prepare your design the day before or on the day of your appointment. This keeps the design fresh and allows it to be tailored specifically to you. Any small changes can be discussed with your artist before tattooing begins.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW FOR TATTOO DAY?
Make sure you've eaten beforehand, stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Please bring valid ID with you. We generally ask that you come to your appointment alone, as space in the studio is limited.

WHAT ABOUT AFTERCARE & TOUCH-UPS?
We'll explain how to look after your tattoo before you leave the studio, and you'll also receive our aftercare advice to follow at home. If your tattoo needs a small touch-up once it's fully healed, touch-ups are free within three months of your appointment.
